Every 3PL service provider needs to get in the habit of saying "yes" to their clients. For example, if a client asks you to produce a specific report for their upcoming budget process that is not in your standard reporting, and even if you have to do it with a spreadsheet, you should tell them "yes". I have found that the more times you say "no" to a client, eventually they will find someone who will say "yes". And, that very likely may be your competitor. Find ways to say "yes".
